Exchange & Return Policy
- No cash refund in any case.
- Clutches, Bags & Sale items are not exchangeable but only if they are received damaged and reported on the same day of delivery they can be exchanged.
- Customers must share clear photos of the damage on our official WhatsApp number on the delivery date. Exchange requests without same-day photo proof will not be accepted.
- Shoes can be exchanged within only 7 days of purchase.
- If there is any issue with the shoe size it can be exchanged with the required size if it is in stock.
- If you want to exchange your article with any other design you will have to adjust the total amount with the amount of your last purchase or more, lesser amount won’t be facilitated.
- No coupon will be issued for exchanges.
- Exchanges must be requested and completed within our specified exchange period and are subject to product availability.
- Courier charges will be borne by customer for both ways if the products are as per the order.
- For exchange orders kindly send your items back to the following address: 2 Commercial Zone, Liberty Market, Gulberg 3, Lahore.
Nationwide Delivery Policy
- PKR 300/- will be charged per order for delivery.
- The product will be dispatched within one day once the order is confirmed via WhatsApp.
- The order will be cancelled automatically if confirmation is not received from the customer within 48 hours.
- Delivery within Pakistan will take approximately 3–5 working days.
- Delivery times may be affected during sale periods.
- Please note that orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
