DELIVERY POLICY

Nationwide Delivery Policy

• PKR 300/- will be charged per order for delivery.
  
• The product will be dispatched within one day once the order is confirmed via WhatsApp.
  
• The order will be cancelled automatically if confirmation is not received from the customer within 48 hours.
  
• Delivery within Pakistan will take approximately 3–5 working days.
  
• Delivery times may be affected during sale periods.
  
• Please note that orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

International Delivery Policy

• We cater to customers worldwide. Orders placed from countries outside Pakistan will be delivered via DHL or SkyNet.
  
• International deliveries typically take 10–12 working days.
  
• International order payments can be made via direct Bank Transfer or through the Remitly app.
  
• Delivery charges vary depending on the number of items and destination.
